Tier 2- Plain Cat-eye or Pearl nails. Plain Cat-eye requires a base colour so please include this in your email unless you wish for them to be sheer. Pearl does not require a base coat. If there is any confusion please email the below email with your inquiry.
Before purchasing please confirm with me that i am able to do your design. If you have a photo reference please send it through to my email kartelcollectiveofficial@gmail.com. and any changes or adjustments you want to make to it and I can assist in what price range is most suitable for your design. If I cannot do a design a I will make you aware and can offer an alternative I am able to do if you wish.
Please only purchase once confirmed I am able to do your design and have confirmed your tier(if you aren’t sure which tier it fits).
