Shipping policy
TURN AROUND TIME-
Our turn around time is 14 business days, this does NOT include shipping time. This is subject to change at any given time, we will do our best to notify you of any changes to this that extend past 14 business days. This does not mean it will take 14 business days for us to make your order. It means that we have a grace period of 14 business days to allow us to do the following:
- Receive and accept your order
- Process and make your order and make any adjustments needed to the product (eg. redoing a nail, fixing any issue)
- Gather accessories included and pack your order ready for postage
- Get your order to a post office to ship to you
Again this does not include Shipping time, once we have handed the product to the courier we are not responsible for shipping times including delays or loss of parcel. If your parcel gets lost by the courier please take this up with the courier service.
